The Help Desk at The Zones in the Interactive Learning Center and Student Union provide service and support for your Boise State technology needs.

  • Monday – Friday, 7 am – 6 pm / Sat and Sun, 10 am – 5 pm

Help Desk at The Zone in the Student Union Building

  • First floor, across from the Bookstore
  • Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

We offer assistance for laptops, phones, software, and more to all Boise State students, faculty and staff.
