University Web Strategy

Provides IT communications, myBoiseState content management, university web governance, WordPress support, Monsido account provisioning, Google Analytics support, and web accessibility monitoring, remediation, and guidance.

Support and Engagement

The Office of Information Technology’s Support and Engagement department, including the Help Desk, is where Boise State University students, faculty and staff can get help for operational, software and hardware questions and issues.

Information Security coordinates University information security initiatives, creates awareness for information security issues, and investigates information security incidents.

Learning Technology Solutions

Learning Technology Solutions (LTS) provides coordination, management, and advanced technical support for instructional technology environments like Canvas, Qualtrics and iClicker.

OIT Business Services

OIT Business Services provides billing for printing & graphics, mail services, telephone, computer hardware repair and other University IT services.

Long Distance calling cards, 800 numbers, off-campus telephone lines, and cell phones are also obtained through OIT Business Services.

Testing Center

The Testing Center provides academic services for over 60,000 Boise State student tests per year, including testing services for First Year and Transfer / Non Traditional Student Orientation, and international student orientation programs

The Testing Center supports initiatives to help students leverage Prior Learning Assessment testing to get their degrees faster and administers a broad range of certification and professional tests for the larger community.
