Customer Care

The Office of Information Technology’s Customer Care organization, including the Help Desk @ the Zones, is where Boise State University students, faculty and staff can get help for operational, software and hardware questions and issues.

Learning Technology Solutions (LTS) provides coordination, management, and advanced technical support for instructional technology environments like Blackboard Learn, Qualtrics and iClicker.

OIT Business Services provides billing for printing & graphics, mail services, telephone, computer hardware repair and other University IT services.

Long Distance calling cards, 800 numbers, off-campus telephone lines, and cell phones are also obtained through OIT Business Services.
