Warranty Repair
Our staff are certified for warranty work on University-owned Dell and Apple computers.
We also diagnose and recommend options for non-warranty systems.

Hardware Repair
Please supply as much information as possible about your computer, such as:
- Account number/organization ID to be charged for parts
- Make and model of hardware to be serviced (please be specific)
- State ID tag number, if applicable
- Location of equipment (building & room number)
- Name of contact and phone number, if different from requestor

Printer repair service can be contracted through:

Rates: On-campus – $75 flat rate per printer, $65 for each additional printer. Parts cost extra. - Fisher’s Technology
