Warranty Repair

Our staff are certified for warranty work on University-owned Dell and Apple computers.

We also diagnose and recommend options for non-warranty systems.

Hardware Repair

Please supply as much information as possible about your computer, such as:

  • Account number/organization ID to be charged for parts
  • Make and model of hardware to be serviced (please be specific)
  • State ID tag number, if applicable
  • Location of equipment (building & room number)
  • Name of contact and phone number, if different from requestor

Printer Repair Options

Printer repair service can be contracted through:

  • Valley Office Systems – Boise

    Rates: On-campus – $75 flat rate per printer, $65 for each additional printer. Parts cost extra.
  • Fisher’s Technology

    575 E. 42nd Street, (208) 947-3604

    Rates: Minimum $150 per hour. Parts and consumables cost extra.
