Office Moves

To ensure that your move goes as smoothly as possible, please review all of the following resources or call the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Help Desk at (208) 426-1409 if you need additional assistance.

Furniture Moves

Submit a request to iService Desk.

Keys

Door rekey(s) needed? Submit a request to iService Desk.
If no re-key is needed, please download, complete and return a Key Request Form, located on our Requests page.

Package Deliveries

To ensure you are receiving your packages without delay after your move, email the following new location information to centralreceiving@boisestate.edu:

  • Mail stop number
  • Department name
  • Date of your move
  • Building number
  • Building name
  • Building room number

Directory Information

Be sure to update your directory information.

Mail Stops

Mail stops must be updated or added when moving or remodeling. To do so, contact OIT Business Services by email at oit_business@boisestate.edu or by phone at (208) 426-1433
