  • Aug 16: Begin Financial Aid Disbursement
  • Aug. 18: Refunding of Excess Aid Begins
  • Aug. 23: Fee Payment Deadline, First installment of Fee Payment Plan, First installment of Housing Payment Plan
  • Aug. 25: Classes begin, Complete Withdrawal Fee begins
  • Sept. 8: Deadline to drop without W and with refund of charges, Financial Aid census date for Pell eligibility
  • Oct 31: Last day to withdraw (no refund)

Spring 2026 (Regular Session)

  • Jan. 3: Financial Aid disbursement
  • Jan 5: Refunding of excess aid begins
  • Jan.10: Fee Payment Deadline, First installment of Fee Payment Plan, First installment of Housing Payment Plan

Summer 2026 (14 Week Calendar*)

Enroll in a payment plan or make your payment through online (e-check or debit/credit card + fee) through your Student Center. Students may invite others to be a “Payer User”.

In-person

Payments accepted by check or money order. Cash or credit card payments are not accepted in-office.  After hours payment drop box for convenience.

Mail

You may mail or your check or money order (no cash payments) to 1910 University Ave, Admin 101, Boise State University, Boise, ID 83725-1246.

University Payment Plans

Enroll in either or both through “Make a Payment” online. You must re-enroll each semester. Students may invite others as “Payer Users”. Enrollment fee is non-refundable, per plan, per semester.
