Transfer Student

To be classified as a transfer student for admission purposes you must have completed at least one transferrable academic GPA credit AFTER graduating from high school or earning your GED. However, if you have earned less than 14 college credits after high school, you will be evaluated based on first year admission standards.

Concurrently Enrolled High School Student

Motivated high school students have access to two great programs at Boise State to give a head start on finishing high school and beginning college. Both programs allow students to take college-level courses while still in high school or before they complete a high school equivalent program. Students can earn college and high school credit simultaneously.

Returning Boise State Student

We are excited you are interested in returning to Boise State. Your admission status remains active for two years following your last semester of enrollment as long as you have not applied for graduation, so you may not need to reapply for admission.

Second Bachelor Degree Student

Students who have earned a bachelor’s degree must complete at least 30 additional upper-division credits at Boise State for each additional degree they wish to earn.
