Tuition and Fees

Career Investment

One of the most important concepts in business is understanding how to calculate a Return on Investment (ROI). The relatively low cost of our graduate programs combined with our graduates’ improved employment prospects contributes to a very high ROI–rivaling private and Ivy League graduate degrees just about anywhere.

Boise State University Graduate Programs Fees

The Professional MBA program tuition is set by the university each year. Fees are subject to change each year – please see the University Tuition and Fees page for complete information.

Tuition is due prior to the start of each semester. Payments are due the Saturday prior to each semester start and payment plans are available. The Professional MBA program consists of 7 credit hours each Fall and Spring Semester and 3 credit hours each Summer. The costs below are based on the most recent 2020-2021 Academic Year Fees.

For Residency questions please see the Registrar’s Idaho Residency page; graduate students who recently moved to Idaho should check the “How does a student establish domicile in Idaho” section of that page.

Books and Course Materials

We suggest budgeting $100 / credit hour on books each semester. Students are responsible for purchasing their own books in advance of class. Books are designated in advance of the course start. You can view books for each course on the Boise State Bookstore website.
