Early or Late Arrival Move In
Early Arrival Move-In (Fall Semester Only)
Under approved circumstances, students may move into campus housing up to seven days early.
Prior to the traditional Move-In Day, early arrival requests will become available. There are many available options across the Treasure Valley (Boise, Meridian, Nampa, etc.) for parents/families looking for lodging during the early arrival weekend.
Late Arrival Move-In
If you arrive on campus after our designated move-in days please follow these steps.
Check-In
Report to the service desk of your building where you will:
- Show your BroncoCard ID for verification. If you don’t have your ID card yet, it’s a good idea to stop at the Information Desk in the Student Union prior to arriving on campus for move-in
- Sign for and pick up your keys
- There are no volunteers available to help you unload during this time
