Fraternities and Sororities

All fraternities and sororities must use a licensed vendor to produce any merchandise with Boise State University trademarks.  This applies for the following:

• for the organization’s own use (e.g. team shirts)
• for promotional purposes (giveaways, premiums and such like)
• for items to be sold for fundraising*

*If the shirts are to be sold a 15% royalty will be added to the price of the merchandise ordered through the vendor. The vendor will undertake all the royalty reporting obligations on behalf of the club.

Artwork must be approved by the Trademark Licensing and Enforcement office prior to production. Submit artwork for approval to licensing@boisestate.edu, or work with the licensed vendor to obtain approval from the Trademark Licensing and Enforcement office.
