How do I request a course site?

NOTE: As of 3/5/20, a Blackboard site has been created for all Spring 2020 credit-bearing offerings.  All instructors are encouraged to populate these sites, per the Provost’s directive on emergency contingency planning. More details on using technology to teach remotely are here.
