Boise State’s Testing Center welcomed representatives of the Intermountain Regional Testing Association (IRTA) at the Stueckle Sky Center for the Fall 2019 IRTA Conference on October 23.

Testing Center Staff

Hosted in the Stueckle Sky Center, the conference featured presentations on new testing technologies, how institutions are addressing rising testing costs, and teamwork and communication skills.

Boise State’s Testing Center staff delivered a presentation on their commitment to developing student employees, and efforts to advance Prior Learning Assessment testing.

Over 60 attendees representing schools in Idaho, Utah, and Nevada attended the conference. The IRTA presents two conferences each year, and this year was Boise State’s first time hosting since 2014.

The IRTA is a subsidiary chapter of the National College Testing Center Association.
