The Salesforce Student Success Hub project team is thrilled to announce the launch of Phase One of the Student Success Hub at Boise State University! This initiative aims to enhance academic support and empower students on their educational journey.
The discovery and build phase of the project included Advising and Academic Support, select programs in the College of Arts and Science (Biology, Games, Interactive Media, Mobile Technology), select programs in the College of Health Sciences (Health Studies, Public Health, Pre-Professional Pathway, Pre-Nursing, Pre-Clinical Programs), and select programs in Extended Studies (Imaging Science, Public Health).
Accompanying this rollout is the introduction of a new website, serving as a central hub for advisors and students to access their Student Success Portal and user guides.
The Student Success Hub offers essential tools for students such as scheduling, advising appointments, and accessing tasks, with more features planned for future phases. It’s designed to empower students with the resources they need to navigate their academic journey successfully.
