PeopleSoft HR is being replaced by HCM Cloud, the Oracle Cloud Solution used to support HR processes. HCM Cloud will be accessed through Bronco Hub in myBoiseState.
PeopleSoft HR System
Beginning this Friday, August 20 at 8:00 pm MDT, the PeopleSoft HR system will be locked for all transactions with the exception of:
- Time entry
- Time approvals
- View details (e.g., paycheck, W-4)

Direct Deposit Information
If direct deposit information has not been entered into PeopleSoft HR prior to Friday, August 20, paper checks for the September 3 and September 17 pay dates will be mailed to the home address listed in PeopleSoft HR.
Please make sure your home address is current in the PeopleSoft HR system.
Time and Entry
The final time and entry in PeopleSoft HR is for pay period 8/22/21 to 9/4/21.
It is critical for the time to be entered and approved by 9/4/21. It is also critical for the information to be correct. HR is unable to correct these once we are live with HCM Cloud.
If you have direct reports, please review your employees’ previous time cards for any missing time and previously reported leave for any missing hours that need to be reported. It is important they are recorded correctly.
OFC/Bronco Hub Downtime
Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC), also known as Bronco Hub, will be unavailable from 8/27/21 to 9/1/21.
The system will be available on 9/2/21.
What does this mean?
The following Bronco Hub functions will be unavailable:
- Expense reports
- Invoice payments
- Purchase order processing
- Requisitions
- Financial reporting
- Creation of vendors/suppliers
