- Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Human Resource Development, Nova Southeastern University
- He has also done studies in Human Resources Management at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and the University of South Carolina, in Management at McGill University in MontrĂ©al, Canada, and in Adult Education at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Professional Experience
Don Kirkey is a senior Leadership Development / Organizational Development / Workforce Performance and Learning professional with over 25 years of international leadership experience assessing and developing employees and leaders and supporting major change and performance improvement initiatives in partnership with executive management in the software, electrical engineering, construction, manufacturing, and retail industries and the nonprofit arena.
Don currently serves as the President and Principal Consultant for the Trinity Creek Group in Charlotte, NC.
