Currently, Ms. Carter serves as the Program Manager for the Defense Civilian Emerging Leader Program (DCELP) – one of the DoD’s premier leader development programs that provides the next generation of Department leaders from GS grades 7-12 the tools needed to thrive in today’s DoD, set the foundation for future success, and become the leaders that the Department needs in order to continue its mission of supporting the men and women that defend our great Nation. Prior to her current assignment, Tiffany served the DoD Office of the Inspector General (DoD OIG) as a Training Specialist and was an HR Specialist for Employee Development with the Criminal Division at the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Before beginning her Federal Government career in 2006, Tiffany served her country as a soldier in the United States Army. She was also a Middle School language arts teacher and an Academic Advisor at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA.
