This month’s featured writing is from SIG member Mark Hurt: Elegy for an Old Soul and Camp Randall Memorial Arch, Madison, Wisconsin, May 13, 2023.
Mark is a retired physician who worked for 35 years in Radiology and hospital design in both the Midwest and Northwest. He was fortunate to be exposed to many memorable characters and to travel extensively around the country and the world. His time in the Personal Writing SIG has created the excellent opportunity to revisit and write about these experiences. In retirement, he lives in Boise with his wife and lifelong companion, Hope.
