Bike Locks Cuts and Bike Returns

Short-term bike parking on campus is available around Academic and Staff buildings marked for day use only. For long-term storage on campus bicycles should be parked on racks around residence halls or in one of the two bike barns located in the Lincoln and Brady garages.

Bikes attached to anything other than a bicycle rack or abandoned are subject to impound or fines according to Policy #9010.

The Bike Program facilitates the cutting of broken/damaged bike locks as a service to the university. A photo ID is required when using the Bike Program’s services.

Bike lock cuts and bike returns, as well as, reporting abandoned bikes can be requested by calling (208) 780-9743, leaving a detailed message to ensure what service is needed, or send an email to bikehelp@boisestate.edu.
