Salaried Employee Time and Absence Entry

Salaried employees and faculty are paid bi-weekly and are only required to enter time off (absence) requests; these employees should not enter time for hours worked.

Benefit eligible salaried employees can submit time off (absences) in the Add Absence section of Bronco Hub or by creating a time card and entering absence hours only. Some areas on campus (e.g. Extra Mile Arena) use a time card/absence system outside of Bronco Hub; confirm with your supervisor on the system you’ll be using for absence entries.
