Eligibility for Transfer Admission

To be classified as a transfer student for admission purposes you must have completed at least one transferrable academic GPA credit AFTER graduating from high school or earning your GED. However, if you have earned less than 14 college credits after high school, you will be evaluated based on first year admission standards.

May 1Priority date to accept scholarship awards and financial aid.
June – AugustVirtual Orientation advising sessions. Students who choose to not attend orientation will be unable to register for the fall semester until Open Enrollment.

FebruaryFall Housing Application opens for transfer, non-traditional, and continuing students.

Mid-March/early AprilFinancial Aid packages start being released to students who applied by the priority date.
May 1Intent to Enroll priority deadline. The Intent to Enroll is refundable up to May 1. After May 1 it is non-refundable.
May 1Priority date to accept scholarship awards and financial aid.
June – AugustVirtual Orientation programs for students continuing to the fall semester (various dates). Students who choose to not attend orientation will be unable to register for the fall semester until open enrollment.
AugustRegistration for Non-Degree and Open Enrollment begins.

October 1Spring scholarship deadline. Last day to have all admission materials received in Admissions for new transfer students who want to be considered for scholarships for Spring.
OctoberSpring Housing Application for incoming students opens.
NovemberFinancial Aid packages start being released to students who applied by the priority date.
Late Nov-Early DecVirtual Orientation advising sessions. Students who choose to not attend orientation will be unable to register for the spring semester until Open Enrollment.
December 1Intent to Enroll priority deadline. The Intent to Enroll is refundable up to December 1. After December 1 it is non-refundable.
December 9Registration for Non-Degree and Open Enrollment begins.
