Eligibility for Transfer Admission
To be classified as a transfer student for admission purposes you must have completed at least one transferrable academic GPA credit AFTER graduating from high school or earning your GED. However, if you have earned less than 14 college credits after high school, you will be evaluated based on first year admission standards.
Transfer Deadlines
Fall 2025 Semester
Enrollment
- May 1: Intent to Enroll priority deadline. The Intent to Enroll is refundable up to May 1 – after May 1 it is non-refundable.
- mid-March:Â Orientation registration begins
- June – August: Virtual Orientation programs for students continuing to the fall semester (various dates). Students who choose to not attend orientation will be unable to register for the fall semester until open enrollment.
- August:Â Registration for Non-Degree and Open Enrollment begins.

Financial Aid
- February 15: Priority date to submit 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to have fall financial aid ready to pay fall semester fees.
- mid-March/early April:Â Financial Aid packages start being released to students who applied by the priority date.
- May 1:Â Priority date to accept scholarship awards and financial aid.

Housing
February: Fall 2025 Housing Application opens for transfer, non-traditional, and continuing students.
