All commercial and promotional activity, whether advertising or selling, and other solicitation on campus is governed by University policy. For more information, please contact licensing@boisestate.edu.

The current university Use of Space Policy can be found in the Boise State Policy Manual.

In addition, commercial activity and solicitation at Athletic events as it applies to both commercial and non-profit entities is managed by Bronco Sports Properties on behalf of Boise State Athletics.
