Non-Profit and Charitable Organizations

All products bearing Boise State marks, whether sold, raffled or otherwise distributed must be produced under license.  Licensing revenues fund Athletic programs and the University General Scholarship Fund. Therefore, the University reserves the right to charge its standard license fee for products that are sold for fundraising purposes, whether by student groups or by third party organizations.
