Tuition Assistance Promise
Boise State’s Tuition Assistance (TA) Promise provides extra funding for military members using federal Tuition Assistance who are enrolled in one of our fully online bachelor’s degree programs. This promise is designed to help reduce out-of-pocket tuition costs, so you can focus on making progress toward your degree. Please review the eligibility criteria to see if you qualify.
Our Promise
If you are enrolled in a fully online bachelor’s degree program, Boise State will cover the remaining tuition cost up to $145 per credit hour after federal Tuition Assistance is applied.
If your course tuition is $395 per credit hour, there is no additional cost to you. If your course tuition exceeds $395 per credit hour, the remaining balance is your responsibility.
Eligible Students for TA Promise
- Be an active duty, National Guard or Reserve military member.
- Be enrolled in courses in a fully-online bachelor degree program.
- Be approved to receive federal TA from their branch for each course.
- Submit your approved TA form to Boise State for processing.
If the above requirements are met, TA Promise will automatically be applied to your student account.
