Enjoy the community of like-minded SL faculty (3 options)

Come learn from and share SL ideas with your faculty peers!  Choose a format that fits your learning style:

SL FACULTY LEARNING COMMUNITY

Join this small cohort to deepen your knowledge of service-learning, build community with other SL faculty, and strengthen your service-learning outcomes. This learning community gathers for eight 90-minute sessions. Participants receive a $300 completion stipend. For dates, details, and registration, click here.

SL COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE

If you want less structure and less commitment but still enjoy sharing ideas, you can join the SL Community or Practice, which meets monthly (the first Wednesday of the month at noon).  Express your interest here.

SL 1:1 THINKING PARTNERS

If you like 1:1 idea sharing, pair up with an experienced SL faculty member (as a “thinking partner”) to explore new approaches, refine your SL ideas, address challenges that may arise, and expand your SL toolkit. Together you can touch bases at key points before, during, and after the semester –over coffee.
