COVID-19 Plan for Flexible SL

More than 100 Boise State faculty, representing all colleges and thirty departments, use service-learning to help students apply what they learn in the classroom to a need in the community.  Faculty describe service-learning as an innovative teaching strategy that fosters lively class discussions, richer learning experiences, meaningful social impact, rewarding community connections, and new research opportunities.

Explore service-learning by viewing the steps below, attend a workshop, or contact director Kara Brascia at karabrascia@boisestate.edu.
