Going International

Experiencing service-learning in an international context holds many of the same advantages of applying it locally, but it has the potential to impact students at a deeper level due to the immersion in and with another culture. Students can learn first hand about the social, cultural and economic issues of another country while reflecting on their own role as a global citizen.
