Supporting Faculty Success and Academic Leadership at Boise State
The Office of Academic Leadership and Faculty Affairs (ALFA) promotes faculty excellence and strengthens academic leadership by coordinating career development programs, faculty review processes, academic policy guidance, and leadership development initiatives. We work in partnership with units across the university to help faculty members of all ranks achieve their full potential as educators, researchers, and leaders.
Our office contributes most directly to the University’s Strategic Planning goal to Foster Thriving Community.
