Human Resources

Employees can change their preferred name by logging on to the HR System (Peoplesoft). Select ‘Personal Information’ then ‘Names’. This will change the name on all university documents. Employees with a legal name change will need to provide an updated social security card and complete a Name Change Request form through the Human Resources office. Employees will need to contact OIT to change their email address.

Students can receive a replacement Bronco ID card at no cost to update chosen or legal name. Bring a valid ID with your name to the Information Desk in the Student Union Building.
