SEO Optimization and Best Practices
This session teaches how to improve user experience and search performance through best practices and utilizing the Yoast SEO (search engine optimization) plugin to optimize your web content for search and readability.
Optimize Images for the Web
This session shows you how to appropriately size and compress images for our Boise State WordPress theme in order to ensure they load quickly and are responsive on all types of devices and connections.
Writing for the Web
This session provides an overview of how to optimize your web content to improve outcomes for your site and viewers.

With the addition of a new class on content management strategy later in 2022, all of our learning opportunities will provide a comprehensive course of Web Literacy for site administrators and web content creators.
All classes are offered live through Zoom, while recorded sessions and self-paced online options are (or will be) available as the semester progresses.
