Step 4: Apply for On-Campus Housing (Transfer Students)

Are you interested in living on campus? We’d love to be your Ida-HOME!

  • WHY: Living on campus is one of the best ways to get the most out of your Boise State experience. Studies show that students who choose to live on campus are more likely to graduate on time and feel more connected to their community.Students are highly encouraged to live on campus but it is not required. Housing assignments are based on a first come, first served basis and reviewed upon your housing application date/time stamp.
  • WHEN: The housing application opens on February 15th at noon for transfer students. On-campus housing is limited so it is important to apply early! If you are still waiting for the housing application to open, you can check out all the different housing options available to you on campus at Boise State!
Interested in off-campus housing? To view housing options close to campus, check out the Boise State Off-Campus Marketplace.
  • HOW: Students who have completed their intent to enroll confirmation are able to apply for on-campus housing using their MyHousing Portal as soon as the application is available.
