CTL Meeting Spaces

The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) currently administers two internal meeting spaces: Interactive Learning Center (ILC) 315 and Riverfront Hall (RFH) 301. Each has a capacity of approximately 30 participants. Both rooms have AV technology for presentations.

These rooms are heavily used for CTL workshops and CTL department meetings throughout the semester. We have limited resources on hand to provide management of the meeting spaces for all campus partners for any reason.

These spaces can be requested for external use if the subject of the meeting aligns with the CTL’s mission. Meeting requests will only be approved if the subject matter pertains directly to the professional or pedagogical development of educators.

If you would like to request one of the meeting spaces, please fill out this form: External Request for CTL Meeting Space. Please read the instructions on the form before filling it out.

If the subject of your meeting does not align with the CTL mission, please consider requesting a general assignment (GA) classroom. Both the ILC and RFH provide plenty of GA classrooms available for meetings. The GA classrooms are managed by the Registrar’s Office and can be reserved through the classroom reservation request form.
