What is PaymentWorks?

PaymentWorks is a cloud-based supplier management tool utilized to collect and validate suppliers’ information, reducing the risk of fraud.

PaymentWorks’ Services

• Collection and storage of supplier information
• Validation/Verification of supplier information, including:
  • Banking information
  • Addresses
  • Tax Identification Numbers (Entity Identification Numbers/EINs and Social Security Numbers/SSNs)
• SAM and OFAC checks to ensure compliance with government sanctions

Who has to register?

All suppliers are required to register in PaymentWorks.

If you are already connected with Boise State in PaymentWorks, all you need to do is make sure your account is up to date. If you are connected to another entity in PaymentWorks, you do not need to create a new account; however, you will need to fill out our registration form.

Student onboarding is subject to review, as their eligibility for PaymentWorks onboarding varies case to case. For additional information on student payments visit Students Financial Services’ website.

Employees currently working for the University, or separated for less than 18 months are not eligible for PaymentWorks onboarding. Please hire through Payroll. (Exception: recently separated employees receiving a reimbursement).
