All Boise State users are initially assigned the role of Viewer. As a viewer in DubBot, you will have the following abilities:
- Issues and information enabled for your website: Start with clean-up of accessibility issues, broken links, and misspellings. You will see additional options for checking best practices, web governance, SEO insights, readability scores, open task list, and the ability to refresh content or analyze content. The additional options will be outlined in further detail following go-live of the DubBot application in April 2026.
- Tasks: View tasks assigned to you, participate in a task conversation, and resolve tasks.
Note: Tasks may be assigned to you by the Web Strategy Team. Viewers are not able to create new tasks. - View site data: View reports, crawl logs, export data via CSV, view sites data.
- User settings: Modify your own email notification preferences, view your role and names of sites or pages sets to which you have access to.
