Access DubBot
To access DubBot, there are a couple of options:
- Go directly to the login page for Boise State DubBot and enter your Boise State credentials.
- Add DubBot as a quick link to your myBoiseState page. To do this, log in to myBoiseState, scroll to the bottom of the left sidebar and select “Edit My Resources”. The Resource Links panel will open to the right where you can search for DubBot and click “Save” to add it to your quick links. After DubBot is added, you’ll be able to use this link to login. All users are set up with Viewer permissions.
To request a DubBot account or to be added to a new website or group, please submit an account request form.
Find your dashboard
When you log in to DubBot, you’ll see a list of Boise State dashboards. Use the “Select a Site or Page Set” dropdown, to filter to your site name. Click on the link for your site to view your dashboard.
Understand your dashboard
The DubBot Dashboard provides an overview of the issues identified during a scan of your site. Learn what information is available, how to find issues by major category, and how to navigate to the detail page to review and remediate those issues.
View issues on your webpage
When you’re ready to begin addressing flagged issues on your site, learn how to read a detail page to review each issue such as, accessibility issues, broken links, or misspellings.
Manage tasks
The Web Strategy Team is consistently reviewing issues that are flagged in DubBot. You may receive an email alert that you have a new task to complete. This is the start of a new collaboration process using DubBot. If you have a question, you’ll enter the question into the task’s comments field. The reply to your question will also be entered in the comments field. Each comment will generate a notification email to facilitate the collaboration.
