What is a detail page?
The detail page is where you view issues for a webpage.
How to get to a detail page
Option 1: Major issue categories appear at the top of a site dashboard display. Identify the type of issue you want to work on, and click on the “X pages” link to view a list of affected pages for that category. Select the page URL to open the details for that page.
Option 2: Use the Quick Wins panel to see a list of pages with issues. Click on a URL and it will take you to the details page. You can also filter the Quick Wins listing by issue type (such as broken links or misspellings).
Detail page overview
The URL for the page you are reviewing is displayed at the top of the page. Icons along the left side of the detail page, represent the areas scanned such as accessibility, broken links, spell check, and more. The number of issues that exist for each area will appear just to the right of the corresponding icon.
View issues on your web page
Step 1
Click on an issues icon and a panel will slide open to display the issues that were flagged. In this screenshot, the spelling icon was clicked and there are 3 words that need review. The misspelling of “front end” is flagged twice on the page.
Step 2
Select the down caret to view issue details. This will also highlight the location of the issue on the preview page to the right of the panel. Close the caret to view other issues in that category.
