Ensuring our website is accessible and free of broken links and misspellings is a top priority. The Web Strategy Team is consistently reviewing issues that are flagged in DubBot. You may receive an email alert that you have a new task to complete.
The task may ask you to fix an accessibility issue, a broken link, or a misspelling.
- Only the Web Strategy Team can create and assign new tasks or close completed tasks.

- When you receive a Task alert, click on the link to review the request in DubBot. You will be directed to your list of Tasks in the top toolbar on your DubBot Dashboard.

- Open the task to read the details of the task assigned to you. If you have questions or comments, type the information into the “Comments” field and click the Comment button to send it. The team member who assigned the task to you will receive an alert that you made a comment and will respond. The method of communication for the task is entirely in DubBot.
- When you have completed the update, type something like “update completed” into the comments field. The Web Strategy Team member will validate the update is complete and will close the task.
