DubBot scan reports

Custom reports

Current reports include:

  • Google Drive Link Issues Report
A summary of all locations on your site where Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, or Slides links appear. Use this report to review the accessibility of your Google files and ensure they meet accessibility compliance standards.
  • Dashboard Summary Report
A report that provides a more detailed snapshot of your site, including top accessibility issues, pages with the most issues, broken links, and more. You can also share this report with users who do not have DubBot access.

The Web Strategy Team is developing a form to request other custom reports. In the meantime, submit requests for custom reports through the OIT Help Desk at (208) 426-4357 or email helpdesk@boisestate.edu.

Get started with issue remediation

Use these tips to make the most of your weekly report:

1. Set aside time

Schedule time each week to review your report and make updates. This can be 10, 30, or 60 minutes.

2. Review your report

Take a minute to review your report. Make note of what’s changed or if there are any surprises. For example, if there’s an increase in the number of broken links, this may indicate there is an issue happening that requires immediate attention. Or if the accessibility issues appear to be decreasing, that could indicate you are making steady progress reviewing your content.

3. Login and start working

Click on the Visit Site button in your report to access DubBot, or log in through myBoiseState.
