MicroLearning Sessions
Time is valuable and so is training. HR’s microlearning sessions involve stripping down a skill, task or idea to its most essential parts – and only teaching those. Consequently, microlearning sessions are highly focused and made up of bite-sized exercises. This helps in the attention and retention of ideas and concepts involved in a task or project. Personal and Professional Growth
Customer Calming Conversations
A specialized training developed to support positive and productive interactions between staff, students and/or external customers. It’s well-suited for people who would like to increase their effectiveness and reduce the risk of escalated and emotional interactions with others.
Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset
Leading with an outward mindset is the one change that most dramatically improves performance, sparks collaboration and accelerates innovation. $225 per participant. March 28 and 30, April 4 and 6 (each four-hour session – 16 hours of hands-on training).
Contract training sessions are designed to provide guidance about the contract process, legal issues of concern in contracts and the University’s contracting requirements.
Training topics, job aids, resources and video tutorials are available for Bronco Hub, an integrated cloud system that supports employee and financial functions.
Let’s Talk sessions offer employees informational presentations about a variety of topics each month, with in-person and virtual options.
