By default, DubBot sends a daily email after each completed scan for accounts connected to our www.boisestate.edu WordPress websites.
You can change these email preferences at any time in your DubBot account notification settings.
How to access notification settings
- Log in to DubBot using your Boise State credentials.
- Select your avatar in the upper-right corner of DubBot.
- Click Profile
- Select Notification settings
- Under “CRAWL FINISHED EMAILS,” choose your desired settings and click Save when complete:
Options include:
- Unsubscribe – Never email about finished site crawls
- Immediate – Email when a site crawl has finished
- Daily Digest – Email daily about all finished sites crawled
- Weekly Digest – Email weekly about all finished sites crawled
- Monthly Digest – Email monthly about all finished sites crawled
- Filter to only email crawl finished reports for selected Sites
Narrow the report to only include sites that you manage
By default, the scan report email you receive includes 600+ Boise State sites. You can change this setting so that the report only includes sites that you manage.
- On the Notification Settings tab, look for the words, “Email about all sites that I have permission to”.
- Change the option from “Yes” to “Filter to only email crawl finished reports, for selected Sites”.
- Click the “Selected Sites” button to add only the sites you want included in your scan report email notification.
- Select Save when complete.
